LiftCast.TV Lift Big, Get Seen.

LiftCast.TV was created by Weightlifters and media producers in an attempt to fill the gap between plopping an iPad on the floor and ESPN.

While we predominantly provide event broadcast services for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, we also cater well to other strength sports such as Powerlifting or Strongman. We are constantly innovating within this niche space in an attempt to bring the highest-class production to your event for your money.

Our ethos is simple. The athlete is the star and the reason for all of us being there. We do not cater to a corporate overlord, or a deep-pocketed beneficiary. For us, it's all about the athlete on stage.

Multiple Platforms

We can cater to simultaneous run platforms at your event! Each platform is produced with multiple camera angles by a live technical producer intimate with the mechanics of the sport.

View Anywhere

We've partnered with the content deliver power of Google by way of YouTube to deliver our content to the world. This makes any of our broadcasts viewable on nearly any device, anywhere in the world.

Instant Replays and Multiple Cameras

Each platform will feature live production including slow-motion instant replays of a lift or event. Because we intimately understand the mechanics of the sport, we can produce multple camera channels that assist in telling the story of the lifter while their on the platform.

Free to Watch... Period.

Unlike many other companies, we do not pass on our costs to the viewer, nor do we ever run third party advertisements or sponsor spots. The event organizer may choose to purchase ad space in our broadcast for themselves or one of their sponsors but they will only be played when time allows so that no action is missed.

Broadcast Service Offerings

Our general bread and butter as a service-oriented organization is the live broadcasting of strength sporting events and competitions. However, because we have adopted flexible tools and technologies, we do have the capability to broadcast nearly anything.

Foundational Technology State-of-the-Art Software and Hardware

Our core technology kit can be retooled in very little time for pretty much any event. The hardware chosen, and products we use have been chosen through an constant-improvement/constant-development iterative process which allows us to achieve a scalable configuration. This includes internally engineered networking featuring a robust, go-anywhere, internally developed LTE networking solution supported by the highest classes of enterprise wireless connectivity. Flexible Distribution Google, AWS, Azure, Facebook, Cable.

When the need arises, we rise to the occasion. Not only do we stream over the internet to our ingest points with Google, but we are already setup to distribute our feed by way of Facebook (Pages or Groups), AWS Elemental MediaLive, and Azure Services Live. Most notably, we're prepared to provide fully ATSC-compliant transport stream hand-off endpoints for broadcast and cable networks should they so choose to pick up our feed for airing on traditional television media. And... We can do it all simultaneously.

Bringing It All Together Scalable Live Production and Live Data Ingest.

While our permanent staff is kept tight to keep operating costs down, we're able to scale up to ensure that each channel is produced by an attentive and well-trained technical director. The technical director is responsible for the switching of camera angles, triggering instant replays and other contextually relevant events on the program to help convey at any point to the viewing audience exactly what's happening at each point in the competition. We've partnered with Les Simonton, known for his scoring system that has been adopted as the National Scoring System. Lastly, we have the capability to bring in scoring data from a myriad of difference sources, everything from a full-fleged event timing and scoring system, to a shared Google Sheets spreadsheet.
